1. QUOTA UNVEILS NEW MEDIA PROGRAM—“I’M STILL CARING”
A new resource has been added to Quota’s on-line Club Publicity Tool Kit, a 3-minute video set to the vintage 1930s song “I’m Still Caring,” sung by Rudy Vallee. It features rotating images of caring Quota service. Use this media program to interest potential members in Quota and your club! To view the video and to request a free copy for use at club meetings and events, go to www.quota.org and click the “Still Caring” Quota Video link, http://www.quota.org/qol/pub.tlkt.2.e.htm.

2. PHOTO CONTEST ENTRY DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 1
Three former White House photographers and a Pulitzer-nominated photojournalist will serve as judges for the 2010 We Share Foundation international photo contest! Send in your photos NOW of Quotarians in action, making a difference in the lives of those in need, or pictures of people you or your club serve through Quota. Entries are welcome from individual members or from clubs.
The Foundation sponsors this annual contest to highlight your Quota International service work. All photos entered are used in a Quota publication, Web site, or media program throughout the year. Winners will see their submissions on the Worldwide Web and be awarded meaningful prizes, and the top winning photo will be published in the QUOTARIAN magazine!
The entry fee is $25; Australian, Canadian, New Zealand , and United States currencies are accepted. Entry fees help fund prize money which winners designate to the Club-to-Club World Service project of their choice. Original or digital photos can be submitted (but we ask for the highest resolution possible for digital photos—minimum 300 dpi’s) along with a maximum 250 word essay describing the story behind the photograph.
To read about this year’s judges and print an entry form, visit www.wesharefoundation.org and click the “International Photography Contest” link, http://www.wesharefoundation.org/serv.photo.cont.htm.
