We Can Help
Hearing aids can cost $1,000 to $5,000. Quota reconditions hearing equipment to make available to others, and offers financial assistance to qualified candidates.
Some of the success stories
In June, 2018, Quota donated a hearing loop system to Spectrum Theatre at Grand Rapids Community College. Thanks to the generosity of Lifetime Quotarian Eleanor Roberts, the system provides hearing assistance to hearing aid users attending live performances. Snow White and company premiered the Loop with a performance of "Snow White, The Queen's Fair Daughter. Quota International of Grands Rapids announces its first recipient of hearing aids from the Hear For Good program.Sharan Sturdavant of Cedar Springs was fitted on December 29 at Kaczmarski Hearing Center with new hearing aids, at no cost to her. Ms. Sturdavant has suffered most of her life with hearing loss and there was never enough money for her to purchase new hearing aids. “WOW! Beautiful! I can hear my own voice! I am so excited to tell my family and friends of this wonderful gift for Christmas!” said Sharan. (more…)
